Orders are checked, packed and prepared for dispatch within 2—5 business days (Monday—Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays enter our handling queue the next business day.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, your package may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
SHIDO ATELIER cannot predict or control these charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order. We are unable to mark packages as "gifts" or declare a lower value.
If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours at support@shidoatelier.com.
If your tracking shows no progress for more than 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Multiple items ordered at the same time will be shipped together whenever possible. You will only be charged one shipping fee per order.
We can ship to PO boxes in France and some EU countries via postal services. For other regions, a physical address is required for courier deliveries. If unsure, please contact us before ordering.
