FAQ_01WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?+
Order handling takes 2–5 business days. Delivery is usually 8–15 business days for France, Europe and North America, and 10–25 business days for other destinations. Carrier delays can occasionally extend these estimates.
FAQ_02HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?+
Shipping is a flat $5 worldwide. It becomes free automatically when your order reaches $100 — no code required.
FAQ_03WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?+
As soon as your parcel is dispatched, we email you a tracking number and tracking link. Signed-in pilots can also follow their order from the Garage.
FAQ_04HOW DOES THE FIT RUN?+
Our current tees use a slim cut, so we recommend taking one size above your usual size. Hoodies and tees each have their own measurement chart — open the red SIZE GUIDE on the product page before choosing.
FAQ_05WHAT ARE THE MATERIALS & PRINTS?+
Our apparel is 100% cotton and uses durable DTG artwork. Front and back placement varies by design; the product gallery and description show the exact specification for each piece.
FAQ_06HOW SHOULD I WASH IT?+
Wash inside out with similar colours at 30°C, using a gentle cycle. Do not bleach, avoid high heat, and never iron directly over the artwork.
FAQ_07CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?+
Yes. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags. For a size exchange, tell us the replacement size when you contact support.
FAQ_08WILL I PAY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT FEES?+
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be charged local customs duties or taxes. These are set by your country and are not included in our prices or shipping fee.
